摘　　要：从知识水平、业务水平、学术水平3方面提出对新时期图书馆员的要求,并据此提出图书馆水平评估指标体系。The paper points out the requirements for librarians in the aspects of educational, vocational and academic levels in the new century and presents an index system to evaluate the levels of librarians.
