微切口双手白内障超声乳化术的初步体会

摘  要:目的 对比使用常规超声乳化术及微切口双手超声乳化术的效果 ,初步探讨后者技术优点。方法 随机选择 4 0例白内障患者 ,分为 A、B两组 ,A组使用常规超声乳化术 ,B组使用微切口双手超声乳化术。结果 两组病例在术中超声能量使用及超声时间均有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,术后第 1天 ,B组角膜情况更为良好。术后 1个月 ,随访角膜内皮细胞丢失情况 ,两组具有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 微切口双手白内障超声乳化术能充分利用超声能量 ,降低产热 ,保护切口不受热损伤 ,提高前房稳定性 ,平静而有效的超声能量使手术效果更为完美。Objective To compare the effect between regular phacoemulsification and microphacoemulsification, investigate the advantage of the latter.Methods 40 cases of cataract patients were randomly divided into two groups A and B. Regular phacoemulsification were performed in A and microphacoemulsification in B.Results There is statistical difference between the two groups for energy and time of phacoemulsification. The condition of the cornea is better in B on the 1st day post-operation. When the loss of the endothelial cell of the cornea is measured a month later, the difference is still significant.Conclusions The microphacoemulsification is better in using the phaco-energy completely, decreasing the heat producing, protecting the incision from heat, intensifying the chamber. The operation would be perfect with the stable and effective phaco-energy.
