女护士为男病人做躯体隐秘处操作时的心理状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解女护士为男病人做躯体隐秘处操作时的心理状况 ,以采取适当措施满足护理人员的人格尊严需求 ,减轻其心理压力。方法选取 5所医院工作的女护士 176名为对象 ,调查其为男病人做躯体隐秘处操作时的心理状况。结果第 1次在为男病人做躯体隐秘处操作时 5 9.1%护士感到比平常紧张 ,5 5 .1%护士感到羞怯 ;第 1次操作与重复操作心理舒适度均较差 (分别为 88.1%、75 .0 % ) ;不同婚姻状况、学历及工作年限的护士为男病人做躯体隐秘处操作时的心理状况无明显差别 (均P >0 .0 5 ) ;96 .6 %护士认为男护士做此类操作为妥。结论为男病人做躯体隐秘处操作会引起大多数护士的身心不适 ,建议护理管理者将“以人为本”的理念用于为病人服务的同时 ,在不影响护理质量的前提下 ,以合适的办法 ,改善、提高护理人员的心理舒适度。Objective To study the psychological sense of the female nurses during manipulation on the private parts of the male patients and to know whether they needed to release the psychological pressure and keep their dignity. Methods One hundred and seventy-six female nurses from 5 different hospitals were questioned with a investigation list in which we could understand the sense when they operated on the private parts of the male patients. Results 59.1% female nurses felt nervous and 55.1% flushed. The comfort rate of psychological sense after more than one time experience was as worse as the first time (88.1% vs 75.0%). There was no significant difference in the psychological sense of the female nurses during manipulation on the private parts of the male patients between different education background, marriage state, years of work (all P>0.05). 96.6% of the female nurses believed that the male nurses could do such work better. Conclusion Most female nurses felt uncomfortable when they operated on the private parts of the male patients. In the condition that the quality of nursing will not decreased, we suggest that the certain departments of nursing management find good ways to improve the comfort rate of psychological sense of the female nurses when we apply human-centered conception for serving the patients.
