EBV与癌基因P53、P21、P16在食道癌中表达与意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨EBV感染与癌基因P5 3、P2 1、P16在食道癌中的表达与意义。方法　对 6 0例食道癌病例 ,用原位杂交法检测EBV的表达 ,用免疫组化法检测P5 3、P2 1、P16的表达。结果　EBV阳性表达率为 72 % ,P5 3阳性表达率为 83% ,P2 1阳性表达率为 6 5 % ,P16阳性表达率为 30 %。在EBV阳性病例中P5 3、P2 1、P16的阳性病例分别为 2 7、2 8、5例。结论　EBV感染对食道癌的发生有一定的作用 ;P2 1、P16的表达与EBV感染有关 ;P5 3、P2 1。Objective To explore the expression and significance of EBV, P53, P21 and P16 in esophageal carcinoma.Methods Hybridization was used in situto detect EBER,and immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect P53, P21 and P16 oncogene respectively in 60 cases of esophageal carcinoma. Results The positive rate of EBV, P53, P21 and P16 were 72%,83%,65% and 30% respectively.In the cases in which EBV were positive expression, the expressions of P53, P21 and P16 were 27cases,28 cases and 5 cases respectively.Conclusions The fact that EBV is highly expressed in esophageal carcinoma suggests that EBV may involve in the occurrenc of tumor. The expressions of P21 and P16 are related to EBV.The expressive levels of P53, P21 and P16 are related to the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
