摘　　要：实行装备采购招标,是我军装备采购改革发展的必然趋势,加强装备采购招标研究具有十分重要的意义;立足于装备采购招标的特点和原则这2个基本问题,从装备采购招标与民品招标的相同点和特殊性2方面分析了装备采购招标的特点;提出了装备采购招标应遵循的原则.To carry out tendering of equipment acquisition is an inevitable trend of reformation and development of PLA′s equipment acquisition. It is very significant to strengthen the research of tendering of equipment acquisition. The paper is established on the two fundamental problems - characteristics and principles of tendering of equipment acquisition, analyzes the characteristics of it from the sameness and particularity between the tendering of equipment acquisition and of civilian commodity, presents the principles what should be followed in tendering of equipment acquisition.
