摘　　要：运用寿命周期费用(LCC)技术是解决设备发展与经费紧缺的矛盾,提高设备寿命周期利润,从而提高企业综合效益、保持企业可持续发展的战略举措。介绍了LCC的基本概念、国内外发展和应用情况、LCC管理的内容,并对上海电力系统开展LCC提出有益的建议。Life Cycle Cost (LCC) management proves a kind of strategic countermeasure used to ease the contradiction between the equipment development and the lack of fund and to enhance the life cycle profit of the equipment, lifting thus the coordinated benefit of the enterprises and maintaining the sustainable development of the enterprises. The fundamental condition of LCC, the development of LCC abroad and at home and the contents involved in the LCC management have been recommended. The beneficial recommendations for the development of LCC in the Shanghai Electric Power System have been described in the end.
