摘 要:以往国内的 EMS、DMS 或 DTS 都是独立开发的,使用它们的用户需要对不同的系统进行掌握和维护,这就严重影响了这些系统的实用性。虽然有文献提出进行调、配一体化设计的观念,但真正的 EMS、DMS、DTS 进行一体化设计还不多见,随着自动化水平的提高,这种需要变得日益紧迫。公共信息模型(common information model,CIM)作为一个通用的标准逐渐被各电力研究部门所接受。为此,作者开发了基于 CIM 的一体化 EMS/DMS/DTS,进行了EMS 和 DMS 及 DTS 在支撑平台、功能、数据结构和应用程序方面的全面一体化设计,重点介绍了该一体化系统的概念、功能和优点。与非一体化系统相比,该系统具有很明显的优势。Previous developments of EMS, DMS and DTS in China were conducted independently, the users of these software had to master and maintain different systems, so the practicality of these software was affected. Although in some published papers it was suggested that the EMS, DMS and DTS would be integrative, but the truly integrated EMS/DMS/DTS had been seldom seen. Along with the progress of automation level, the demand for integrated EMS/DMS/DTS became urgent increasingly. As a common standard, the common information model (CIM) was accepted by power technology development companies. The authors researched the supporting platform, function, data structure and application programs for integrated EMS/DMS/DTS, developed a CIM based integrated EMS/DMS/DTS. Here, The concept, functions and advantages of the integrated EMS/DMS/DTS were emphatically described. The comparison results of the integrated EMS/DMS/DTS with non-integrated ones show that the integrated EMS/DMS/DTS possesses evident superiority.
