摘  要:介绍了长冲程转轮式抽油机三维动力学特性仿真的方法和过程。采用Pro/MECHANICA机械系统动力学仿真软件,建立了以三维实体结构为基础的长冲程转轮式抽油机动力学仿真模型,并对抽油机的动力学特性进行了仿真分析。结果表明,长冲程转轮式抽油机结构合理、体积小、冲次低、冲程长、抽油效率高、维修操作方便,可显著降低采油成本。In this paper, the way and process on how to finish the simulation of the three-dimensional dynamics for the long stroke pumping unit is showed. While the simulation software Pro/MECHANICA was used here, we made the dynamics realistic model for the pumping unit, then we proceeded the simulation analyses for the long stroke pumping unit. The conclusion went that this kind of pumping unit had a reasonable structure and low pumping speed long stroke as well as high pumping efficiency, also it was quite easy for maintenance operation, which would lead to a prominence low lifting cost.
