摘  要:经济可行性是燃机热电冷联供系统能否被采用的决定性因素之一。文中研究了由燃气轮机、补燃余热锅炉、辅助锅炉等组成的热电冷联供自备电站的优化配置问题。考虑了各个方案的运行优化策略。采用遗传算法进行运行策略的优化。在满足给定的冬、夏和春秋季典型日内的电热冷负荷的基础上,以全年总费用最低为目标函数,确定优化的自备电站的规模与组成形式。对一个自备电站的计算结果表明,在电网售电价较高的条件下,燃机热电冷联供自备电站的建设具有经济可行性。计算也验证了优化配置方法的有效性。Economic feasibility is one of the determinatives of if a gas turbine combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) plant can be adopted. An optimal planning problem of a CCHP plant which is composed of combining gas turbine generators, waste heat boilers with supplemental firing, auxiliary boilers, etc is studied. Optimal operational policy of corresponding configuration is considered in optimal planning. The genetic algorithms (GA) is adopted in operational policy optimization. Taking the annual total cost as the objective function to be minimized, the optimal plant configuration is determined based on the precondition of fulfill of the typical energy demands of electric power, cold and heat in winter, summer and spring-autumn season. The computational results of an example indicate that, when the utility electricity price is high, the adoption of a CCHP plant is feasible in economy. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed method is also ascertained.
