虎杖煎液对烧伤治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究单用虎杖煎液对家兔浅Ⅱ°烧伤的治疗作用。方法　取家兔 10只 ,在其背部制成浅Ⅱ°烧伤模型 4个 ,随机分成生理盐水对照组、万花油对照组、烧伤膏对照组和虎杖煎液组。暴露疗法 ,无菌技术操作 ,创面擦洗药物。观察药后创面愈合情况 ,以创面愈合率及时间长短评价药物疗效。结果　虎杖煎液组第 8天、第 15天创面愈合率分别是同期生理盐水对照组的 1 5 6倍和 1.2 5倍 ,第 2 0天虎杖煎液组愈合率达 94 36 % ,而生理盐水对照组只有 86 84 % ,虎杖煎液组与各同期万花油对照组、烧伤膏对照组无显著差异。结论　单用虎杖煎液对家兔浅Ⅱ°烧伤有较好的治疗作用。Objective To study the therapeutic action in light Ⅱ° burn in rabbits by the single application of Polygoni Cuspidatis Decoction (PCD).Methods In the experiment,10 rabbits were made into 4 light Ⅱ° burn models on the back and then divided into 4 groups randomly-the 1st control group with normal saline,the 2nd control group with Wan Hua You,the 3rd control group with Shao Shang Gao and the PCD group.The rabbits were treated with exposured therapy,aseptic manipulation and local application of durg on wound surface.The evaluation on the curative effect of the drugs was made by observing the healing on the wound surface and the healing time required.Results The healed rabbits in the group with PCD were 1.56 and 1.25 times higher than that in the group with normal saline on the 8 th day and 15 th day.On the 20 th day the healed rabbits of the group with PCD reached 94.36% while the group with normal saline was only 86.84%,There was no significant difference among the PCD group ,the Wan Hua You group and the Shao Shang Gao group.Conclusion The single application of PCD proves a better therapeutic action in light Ⅱ° burn on rabbits.
