摘　　要：目的　探讨原发性小肠肿瘤临床表现、诊断、治疗。方法　对 2 6例原发性小肠肿瘤症状、诊断方法及手术疗效进行分析。结果　原发性小肠肿瘤发生率低 ,以恶性肿瘤为主。手术治疗效果较差。结沦　原发性小肠肿瘤症状不典型 ,早期诊断困难 ,应采用综合检查方法 ,并首选手术治疗。Objective To explore the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of primary small intestinal tumors. Methods The clinical symptoms,diagnostic methods and efficacy of 26 primary small intestinal tumors were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of primary small intestinal tumors was low,and most of them were malignant. The therapeutic effect of operation was relatively poor. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of primary small intestinal tumor was not typical, and its early diagnosis was difficult. Comprehensive examinations should be performed to diagnose it. The operative therapy for primary small intestinal tumors is the first choice.
