货车储风缸纵缝的气体保护焊

摘　　要：采用气体保护焊对货车用储风缸的纵缝进行焊接 ,通过反复调试 ,研究了影响焊接质量的各种因素。结果表明 :采用合理的、匹配的焊接参数 ,科学地使用摆动等焊接方法 ,能够获得内在和外观质量都很好的焊缝。The gas shielded welding is applied to the longitudinal welding seam on the air reservior of freight cars, various factors effecting welding quality have been analyzed through multi times adjustments and tests, the results indicate that the reasonable & compatible welding parameters and scientific swing welding methods can ensure the good internal and external welding quality of welds.
