摘　　要：基于网络规模经济与范围经济的理论,探讨了在电信网互联实践中,对互联企业收益影响的几个关键要素,提出了电信企业互联收益的计量模型,并利用电信运营商的数据进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:电信网规模与互联收入的结算费率是影响企业互联收益的主要因素,这个结论可以从网络的规模经济性得到支持。This paper analyzes the impact of telecommunication networks interconnection on the revenue for the interconnected enterprises. Based on the analysis of key impact factors, we supply two analytic models of interconnection revenue,and make a practical estimate by using the data of interconnected enterprises.The estimated results demonstrate that the networks scale and the accounting fee are crucial to give great impact on the interconnection returns.
