摘　　要：作者于 2 0 0 3年秋季学期赴美国麻省理工学院进行教育教学考察。本文是考察报告的第二部分。首先介绍了电气工程与应用电子技术系的研究方向 ,随后详细讨论了其学士学位、工程硕士学位和博士学位的培养方案 。The author went to Massachusetts Institute of Technology in USA to learn how to teach in 2003. This paper is the second part of the investigation report. The seven research directions in the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science are introduced. After that, the cultivation plans for bachelor, engineering master, and doctor degree are discussed in detail. The relationship between the required courses and the difference between them and the related courses in China are summarized at last.
