高血压脑出血的围手术期护理

摘　　要：总结高血压脑出血患者围手术期的护理经验.方法:采用钻孔碎吸引流、开颅血肿清除术,血肿破入脑室者行脑室外引流,在围手术期制定周密的护理计划并严格落实,预防早期并发症.结果:手术后存活77例,成活率为90%.对77例存活者术后1个月行所疗效评定,其中临床基本治愈2l例,显著进步34例,进步12例,无进步10例.结论:手术治疗高血压脑出血疗效确切,在围手术期严密监测,加强护理,预防和及时发现并发症,对患者预后起积极的作用.Objective:Sum up the nursing care experiences of hypertension bleeding sufferer of brain during the operation stage.Methods:It adopts the skill of perforating to smash and draw running,turning on the skull to eliminate the haematoma.The person that suffers from haematoma which comes into the ventricles of the brain will be practiced draw running outside the ventricles of the brain.During the operation stage the thorough nursing plan willbe made and fulfilled strictly to avoid the early phase complication.As a result 77 cases survived after the operation.The survival rate is 90 percent.After assessing the survival cases one month later according to the 4th brain blood vessel illness academic conference criterion in 1995,we calculate the efficiency rate according to the cure and remarkable melioration.Among them 21 cases were cured,34 cases have remarkable melioration,12 cases have melioration and 10 cases have no melioration.Conclusion:The effect of treating the hypertension bleeding curative of brain is undoubted,it really has active roles to the sufferers when they are cared carefully,the nursing care is strengthened and the early phase complication is avoided or found in time.
