摘　　要：基于对往复泵设计理论及机械CAD技术进行系统的分析和研究的基础上 ,结合江苏省无锡市海燕高压泵厂多年来往复泵设计、制造的实际经验 ,开发了高效实用的三柱塞往复泵CAD系统 ,介绍了运用VB6 0进行CAD系统的柱塞设计模块开发过程。该模块能够进行三柱塞往复泵柱塞的尺寸计算、强度校核 ,并以目前广泛使用的通用绘图系统AutoCAD2 0 0 0为基本平台 ,运用VBA二次开发柱塞的参数化绘图程序 。On the basis of systematical analysis and study about the existed reciprocating pump design theory and mechanical CAD technology,pragmatic and highly efficient three plunger reciprocating pump's CAD system is developed with VB6.0 according to many years' experience in design and manufacturing about reciprocating pump of Wuxi Haiyan high pressure pump factory.This paper introduces the development process of plunger CAD module of this system.This CAD module can carry out the dimensions calculation,intensity check.Using the present popular AutoCAD2000 platform,parametric drawing program of plunger CAD module is developed with VBA,which realized the automation of drawing plunger.
