颞下颌关节镜手术的并发症及其防治方法探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨颞下颌关节镜手术治疗关节盘不可复性前移位并发症的防治方法。方法　对 96例关节盘不可复性前移位患者采用关节镜手术 (松解加灌洗术 )治疗 ,详细记录其并发症。结果　关节镜外科手术治疗关节盘不可复性前移位并发症的发生率较高 (5 1% ) ,其中以术后疼痛、咬合无力和暂时性面瘫所占比例较大。结论　关节镜手术可产生一定并发症 。Objective To study the complication and its prophylaxis of the arthroscopic surgery for anterior disc displacement without reduction (ADDwR) of the TMJ. Methods 96 cases with ADDwR were treated by arthroscopic surgery (arthrocentesis and lavage plus adhesion lysis), and the detail data of the complications was documented and analyzed. Results The complication rate of the surgical arthroscopy for ADDwR was 51% (49/96), and postoperative pain, mastication inability and transient facial nerve palsy were the main complications. Conclusion Both indications selection and prevention of complications are important for the arthroscopic surgery.
