回生口服液联合强力升白片辅助治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果观察

摘　　要：目的　观察回生口服液联合强力升白片辅助化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法　选择非小细胞肺癌患者 75例 ,随机分为联合组 (39例 )和单纯组 (36例 )。 2组均采用NP方案化疗。联合组辅用回生口服液和强力升白片 ,连用 2 0d。结果　联合组有效率为 4 4 % ,单纯组为 39% ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。联合组不良反应及倦怠发生率均低于单纯组 ,生活质量改善高于单纯组 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　回生口服液联合强力升白片辅助化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌可降低化疗的不良反应 ,改善患者的生活质量。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Huishengkoufuye combined with Qianglishengbaipian assisted chemotherapy on non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods 75 patients with non-small-cell lung cancer were chosen and randomly divided into combined group in which there were 39 cases and simple group in which there were 36 cases. Both groups were treated with NP chemotherapy. Combined group was given Huishengkoufuye and Qianglishengbaipian additionally for 20 days.Results The effective rate in combined group was 44% and that in simple group was 39%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The occurring rates of untoward reaction and accidie in combined group were both lower than that in simple group and life quality improvement in combined group was better than that in simple group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Huishengkoufuye combined with Qianglishengbaipian assisted chemotherapy can decrease the untoward reaction of chemotherapy and improve the life quality of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer in later period.
