超声器械根面平整的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察超声器械根面平整的疗效。方法　选择 4 6例慢性牙周炎患者将同颌左右同名牙配对并分组 ,分别进行手用器械根面平整和超声器械根面平整术 ,观察两处理组治疗前后的菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、探诊深度、附着丧失的变化。结果　治疗前及治疗后两处理组间的菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、探诊深度、附着丧失无显著性差异 ,而相同的治疗组治疗前后的菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、探诊深度、附着丧失有显著性差异 ,治疗后低于治疗前。结论　超声器械根面平整是一种行之有效的牙周治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of ultrasonic subgingival scaling and root planing by comparing with that of manual instrument.Methods Forty-six patients with periodontal disease were selected and split-mouth design was used.Teeth with the same name in the same jaw of one patient were selected and divided randomly into two groups.The teeth of two groups were instrumented with ultrasonic and manual subgingival scalers respectively.Plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),probing depth(PD),attachment loss(AL) were measured before and one month after subgingival scaling and root planing.Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups.Whereas,for each group,there was statistical difference before and after treatment.Conclusion Ultrasonic subgingival scaling and root planing was an effective method to clinical periodontal treatment.
