摘　　要：目的 　建立气相色谱法测定绿衣枳壳中柠檬烯的含量。方法 　HP-1石英毛细管柱 ( 3 0 m× 0 .3 2 mm,0 .2 5 μm) ,柱温条件 :起始温度 10 0℃( 2 0 min) 3℃· min- 1 14 0℃ ( 7min) 7℃· min- 1 2 2 0℃ ( 10 min) ;分流进样 ,分流比 1∶ 3 0 ;进样口温度 2 80℃。 结果 　柠檬烯在 1.0 5 8μg～ 10 .5 8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为 Y=15 83 .1X+3 .42 81,r=0 .9999.结论 　该方法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好 ,可作控制绿衣枳壳质量的方法。OBJECTIVE A method was established for the determination of Limonene in Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae.METHODS Capillary column HP-1(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm)was used, Column temperature:110℃(20min)4℃·min -1 140℃(7min)7℃·min -1 220℃(10min);Split injection;split ration 1∶30.Injector temperature 250℃.RESULTS The calibration curve of Limonen was in good linearity over the range of 1.058μg～10.58μg,and the regression equation was Y=1583.1X+3.4281,r=0.9999.CONCLUSION The method is simple,quick,sensitive,accurate,reproducible and can be used to control the quality.
