中原崛起推行循环经济的理性思考

摘　　要：河南在中部区域开发中有着重要的地位和作用,已成为中部崛起的重点地区。文章基于循环经济的理论,客观分析了影响中原崛起的主要因素,并提出了推行循环经济是促进中原崛起的必然要求,也是当前必须正视的重大现实问题。要实现河南省的经济、社会和生态的协调发展,发展循环经济是重要的战略措施。Henan province has been the center in the development of middle area for its important geographical position and important role in the development of middle area. Although its economical and geographical advantages are favorable, many negative aspects such as improper economical structure, huge population, critical environmental condition and comparatively insufficient resources hinder the development of middle area. This essay analyze the main factors which influence the development of middle area in terms of circular economy and figure out that promoting circular economy is the requirement for the development of middle area and also an important realistic problem to be faced with. Promotion of circular economy is an important strategic measure to realize the development of Henan province in economy, society and ecology in harmonization.
