摘　　要：文章阐述了生态城市内涵认识的变迁过程,对国内外城市生态学与生态城市理论及建设实践进行了较为全面的分析总结。作者认为生态城市是当代城市研究和城市规划的热点领域,是人类最先进的城市发展模式之一;指出了目前国内外这一领域研究存在的主要问题,并展望了生态城市理论进一步发展的前景。This paper reviews and summarizes the evolution of the connotation of eco-city at first, then carries on the comparatively overall summary to domestic and international urban ecology and the theory of the eco-city and practice of building.It points out that the eco-city theory is the hot fields of the research of contemporary city and urban planning and that it is one of mankind's most advanced urban development models. It points out some problems that exist in this research field and unfolds the prospect of further theoretical advancement.
