摘  要:微生物采油技术是提高油田采收率的一种有效方法,为了扩大微生物技术在辽河油田的应用范围,拟在曙光4-7-14油藏进行微生物驱矿场试验。针对曙光4-7-14油藏的特点,对初步筛选的LJ-1、18#和21#等3种微生物菌种在室内进行了基本性能评价,研究了菌体形态、菌落特征以及菌液降低表面张力、降低原油黏度、乳化原油等能力,并通过人造岩心进行了微生物菌液驱油物理模拟试验研究,研究了各种菌液对不同油的驱油效率变化。结果表明,LJ—1菌液和21#菌液具有良好的生长代谢功能,该菌液具有表面张力低、降低原油黏度和乳化能力高的特点,对曙光4-7-14油藏有较好适应性,能够作为矿场驱替试验菌液。As one of the most efficient ways of improving recovery rate, microbial production technology is becoming more and more important, and microbial flooding field-tests are planed in Shuguang 4-7-14 reservoir to extend the application of this technology in Liaohe Oilfield. In accordance with the reservoir characteristics, three microbial species as LJ-1, 18# and 21# are screened out for laboratory evaluation, and the forms of bacteria, characteristics of bacterial colony and such capacities of bacterial fluid as surface tension reducing, crude viscosity reducing and crude emulsifying, etc are investigated. Physical simulation tests of microbial flooding are conducted using artificial core, and the flooding efficiencies of different bacterial fluids vs. different crude oil are also studied. Results show that bacterial fluids of LJ—1 and 21# exhibit excellent growing supersession and such advantages as effective crude viscosity reducing and emulsifying capacities. These two bacterial fluids are suitable for this reservoir and can be used for field microbial flooding tests.
