摘　　要：目的观察碟脉灵静滴联合复合式小梁切除术治疗晚期青光眼的疗效。方法采用碟脉灵术前及术后静滴结合复合式小梁切除术治疗30例(34眼)晚期青光眼。结果34眼术后随访3月,无一眼发生术中术后视功能丧失,手术成功率88%(30/34);术后3月视野检查,有9眼视野较术前扩大。结论碟脉灵静滴联合复合式小梁切除术可以减低晚期青光眼中发生视功能丧失的危险。Objective: To observe the successful rate of combined trabeculectomy with Die Mai Ling injection to treat the late primary glaucoma. Methods: 30 cases (34 eyes) were treated by trabecullectomy combined with Die Mai Ling intravenous injection before and after operation, and they were followed up for 9 monthes. Results: The IOP was less than 21 mmHg in 30 eyes, with a total success rate of 88%, the loss of visual function had not been happened in any cases and the visual field was enlarged postoperatively in 9 eyes. Conclusions: Combined trabeculectony with Die Mai Ling intraverous injection is an effective method in reducing the danger of loss in visual function intraoperatively in late glaucoma.
