魔芋组织培养的一步成苗技术研究

摘　　要：以花魔芋顶芽生长点为外植体,经消毒处理,接种在MS+6BA1mg·L-1+NAA1mg·L-1培养基上,约10d左右的诱导培养,材料边诱导愈伤组织边分化幼苗、生根,约28d在同一种培养基中一步成苗,形成完整植株。并且成苗率极高,达95%。苗壮,移植入苗床5～6个月就能形成50～100g左右的块茎。Growing points of buds in Amorphophallus rivieri Durieu were used as explants for tissue culture .The explants were pretreated with sterile water and inoculated in MS media +1 mg·L^(-1) 6BA+1 mg·L^(-1) NAA .The calli could be induced from explants for 10 d and direct buds and roots were differentiated from the callus edges. In the same media,one-step-seedlings formation could be formed from the explants for 28 d.A high frequency of seedling formation reached 95 %.The stem tubers of 50-100 g were formed after the transplantation for 5-6 months and plants grew vigorously.
