摘 要:目的 :探讨种植周骨缺损修复的骨移植治疗新途径 ,提高种植义齿的成功率。方法 :冷冻干燥60 钴灭菌表面脱钙异体骨 ,修复 8例种植区骨缺损患者 ,观察种植体动度、GI及X线改变等临床指标。结果 :随访 6~ 2 4月 ,8例植骨手术均获成功 ,无一例种植体周围炎发生 ,种植体初期稳定性良好 ,第 1年种植体周牙槽嵴顶吸收 1~ 2mm。结论 :冷冻干燥60 钴灭菌表面脱钙异体骨 ,既有一定的力学支持能力 ,又有骨诱导作用 ,且可塑性强 ,适用于修复不同形态的种植区骨缺损 ,并能室温保藏 ,携带方便 ,易于临床应用。Objective: To investigate a new treatment for peri-implant bone defect in dental implant. Methods:8 cases with peri-implant bone defects were treated by freeze-dried surface-demineralized allogeneic banked bone. Implant movement, GI and X-rays changes were recorded postoperatively. Results:Through 6~24 months follow-up, bone transplatation were successful in 8 cases. No peri-implatitis occurred in any case. All implants had good primary stabilities. Bone resorptions were limited in 1~2 mm in first year after operation. Conclusion:Freeze-dried surface-deminerallzed bone has both mechanical resistance and osteoinductive capacity. It is suitable to fill local bone defect in implant operation, and can be preserved at room temperature and diliveried easily.
