三联片治疗复发性口疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :对三联片治疗轻型和口炎型复发性口疮的疗效及安全性进行临床观察。方法 :采用随机、双盲、阳性药平行对照法。 96例轻型口疮患者和 177例口炎型口疮患者分别分为试验组和对照组。试验组用三联片 ,对照组用芩连片 ,疗程为 5d。所有患者用药前后均检查肝肾功能、心电图、血常规、尿常规和大便常规。结果 :轻型口疮试验组和对照组治疗总有效率无显著性差异 ,但口炎型试验组疗效明显优于对照组。所有检查结果没有异常改变。结论 :三联片可以清心脾之火热 ,促进溃疡愈合。对治疗复发性口疮 ,尤其是口炎型有效、无副作用。Objective: To observe the clinical effect and security of the tablet of Sanlian,a traditional Chinese medicine, on minor aphthous ulcer(MiAU) and hepertiform ulcer (HU). Methods: 96 patients with MiAU and 177 patients with HU were separated into therapy group and control one. The patients were treated with Tablet of Sanlian for 5 days and compared with Tablet of Qinlian in control group. All patients’ BUN,ALT,EKG,blood-Rt,urine-Rt and stool-Rt were measured before and after therapy. Results: The total effective rates between therapy group and control group was not significant different in MiAU,but they were significant different in HU. The curative effect in therapy group was better than in control group. There was no abnormal change in all the measured results. Conclusion: Tablet of Sanlian could promote the ulcer healing. It is effective to treat recurrent aphthous ulcer and has no side effect especially to HU.
