摘　　要：回顾了近些年 Si C纳米 /微米微粒表面修饰、涂覆的研究进展 ,分析了影响 Si C粒子表面修饰、涂覆的主要因素 ,并进一步论述了该领域现阶段的发展水平及存在的问题 。Research progress of coating and decorating nanometer/micron SiC particles surface is reviewed; the main factors that affect the coating and decorating results are analyzed too; and further more the present development and problems are discussed with predicting the prospect of this field.
