摘  要:选择了太湖具有代表性的草型湖区-东太湖和藻型湖区-梅梁湾进行间隙水和沉积物理化指标的研究.对间隙水中pH值、Eh、EC等参数进行了比较分析,并讨论了间隙水氧化还原特征对间隙水中氮磷营养盐、溶解性有机碳和无机碳的影响;对沉积物中形态磷与间隙水理化指标的相互关系做了初步分析.结果显示,草型湖区间隙水还原性高于藻型湖区,间隙水氮磷分布和氧化还原特征显著相关;沉积物中Fe-P含量与间隙水氧化还原特征及正磷酸盐含量均有显著相关关系.Studies on physicochemical indexes of pore water and sediment were carried on typical grass type zone-East Lake Taihu and algae type zone-Meiliang Bay. The parameters including pH, Eh, EC and so on were analyzed and compared in the pore water. The influence of redox character of pore water to the nitrogen/phosphorus nutrients and dissolved organic and inorganic carbons was discussed; and the correlation between sedimental phosphorus fractions and physicochemical indexes of pore water was initially analyzed preliminarily. The reducibility of grass type zone of Lake Taihu was higher than the algae type zone; the nitrogen/phosphorus distribution in pore water was correlated markedly with the redox character; and the Fe-P content in sediment was correlated markedly with redox character and the phosphate content in pore water.
