摘　　要：目的:研究非小细胞肺癌P27基因表达与临床病理指标的关系及判断患者预后的价值。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测10例正常肺组织和56例非小细胞肺癌中P27基因的表达。结果:非小细胞肺癌P27蛋白表达阳性率为39%,而正常组织为80%。P27蛋白表达与肿瘤组织分化程度相关(tau_b=0.264,P<0.05)。P27阴性者预后较差(χ2=4.13,P<0.05)。结论:从蛋白水平揭示P27基因表达与非小细胞肺癌的分化程度相关,P27蛋白的表达与性别、年龄、吸烟指数、原发灶大小、病理类型、临床分期以及淋巴结转移有关,并有望成为判断非小细胞肺癌患者预后的参考指标之一。AIM:To study the relationship between the expression of P27 and the clinicopathological indexes of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and judge its significance in the prognosis of the patients. METHODS:Immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of P27 in 10 cases of normal lung issues and 56 cases of NSCLC. RESULTS:The positive expression rate of P27 protein in NSCLC was 39%, while in the normal lung issues was 80%.The expression of P27 protein was related with the degree of differentiation of tumor tissues(tau_b =0.264,P< 0.05).The P27 negative group had worse prognosis(χ2=4.13, P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:The expression of P27 gene is related with the degree of differentiation of NSCLC.The expression of P27 protein is related with the sex, age, smoking index, size of primary of focus, type of pathology,clinical staging and transfer of lymph node,and it will be a reference index of prognosis for judging NSCLC.
