摘　　要：目的 :评价膜引导组织再生术(GTR)在即刻种植中的临床效果。方法 :即刻植入53颗种植体 ,同时在骨缺损区植入骨粉 ,观察使用或不使用Bio -Gide胶原膜对临床效果的影响。结果 :经过1～3年的临床观察 ,所有种植体均未出现松动、脱落现象。结论 :在短期内 。Objective:Toreportthe clinical effects ofGTRinimmediate implants.Methods:53implants were immediˉately placed into the sockets at the time of the extration and Bio-Oss was applied to the bone defects around the implants.To investigate the clinical effects of with or without Bio-Gide membrane.Result:By following-up one year to three years,there were no signs of mobility and lost of all the implants.Conclusion:Whether used guided tissue regeneration has no obviously influence on the clinical effect of immmediate implantation.
