摘　　要：目的 :研究脊髓髓内肿瘤的显微手术技术。方法 :采用显微手术技术切除 5例脊髓内肿瘤 (星形细胞瘤 2例 ,鳞癌 ,血管母细胞瘤和室管膜瘤各 1例 )。结果 :全切除 2例 ,次全切除 2例 ,部分切除 1例。除 1例外 ,其余患者症状都较术前改善。结论 :运用熟练的显微技术分离肿瘤界面可以取得良好的效果。Objective: To study the microsurgical techniques on intramedullary spinal cord tumors. Methods: Five cases of intramedullary spinal cord tumor were studied. Among them, there are two cases of astrocytoma, one squamous carcinoma,one hemioblastoma and one ependymoma. Microsurgical techniques were used to remove these tumors. Results: Total resection was performed on 2 cases. Subtotal resection on other 2 cases. Part resection on another astrocytoma case. Except one patient, all patients have improved outcome. Conclusion:Good result could be gotten by dissecting the interface of tumor with experienced microsurgical technique.
