自扩性金属带膜支架在22例食管、贲门癌梗阻病人的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨自扩性带膜金属支架在食管、贲门癌梗阻病人治疗中的临床应用。方法 :在X线透视定位下或在内镜及X线透视定位下对 2 2例食管、贲门癌梗阻病人放置自扩性带膜金属支架。结果 :2 2例食管、贲门癌梗阻病人放置自扩性金属带膜支架后 2 4～ 72h梗阻症状明显改善 ,吞咽困难从 3.0 0降至 0 .73,治疗前后比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,无操作相关死亡病例发生。结论 :自扩性金属带膜支架对食管、贲门癌梗阻病人临床使用安全 ,疗效满意。Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of covered expandable metallic stent placement for patients with obstructing esophageal or cardia cancer. Methods: 22 cases of advanced obstructing esophageal or cardia cancer were treated by covered expandable metallic stent placement,located by x-ray or x-ray combined with endoscopy. Results: All the 22 patients were placed successfully, and the obstruction symptom improved within 24 to 72 hours, the dysphagia grade declined from 3.0 to 0.73.no dead case relate to operation was reported. Conclusion:Stent placement is a safe and effective treatment method for patient with esophageal or cardia cancer.
