胃癌荧光光谱特性初步研究

摘  要:目的 应用激光荧光光谱解析法研究胃肿瘤组织中的荧光组成变化 ,从而分析胃肿瘤组织中荧光成分相对于正常组织中含量的变化 ,深入探讨诊断胃肿瘤的依据。方法 用氮分子激光器及OMA系统组成激光诱导荧光检测系统 ,检测并对照分析 7例离体正常胃组织和肿瘤组织标本的荧光谱。采用 1组高斯 (gauss)函数作为基函数进行荧光谱线拟和 ,对离体正常和肿瘤胃组织荧光光谱进行解析。结果 在荧光 35 0~ 6 5 0nm的特定光谱波段 ,胃肿瘤组织荧光光谱在 4 2 0nm处与正常胃组织荧光光谱有较大差异 ,分析在胃癌组织中 ,该荧光峰所对应的成分含量低于正常组织中该成分的含量。这种差异为利用激光诱导荧光光谱分析方法诊断人体组织中的肿瘤提供了新的可能性。结论 胃肿瘤组织中缺少荧光峰在 4 2 0nm附近的正常胃组织荧光成分。Objective To investigate the different components in normal and gastric carcinoma tissue by using fluorescence spectra analysis Methods A laser-induced fluorescence detecting system containing N 2 laser (operating at 337 nm) and optical multi-channel analyzer was setup to measure fluorescence spectra of the samples The fluorescence spectra of seven gastric carcinoma tissue samples in-vitro as well as relative normal sample were measured A group of Gauss function and curve fitting method were used for the decomposition of the auto-fluorescence spectra of the normal and tumor tissue Results The results show great different in the fluorescence spectrum centered at about 420 nm between tumor and normal tissue that may related to a kind of endogenous fluorophores in gastric carcinoma tissue The amount of the components in this kind of fluorophores is much higher in normal tissue than that in tumor Conclusions The gastric carcinoma tissue has less component with fluorescent peak at about 420 nm.
