摘 要:目的 羟磷灰石处理牙本质表面后利用Nd∶YAG激光照射 ,观察其对牙本质小管的封闭效果。方法 取离体牙制作牙本质块 ,随机分为无处理组、单纯激光照射组和联合处理组 ,每组 6个牙本质块。联合处理组先用羟磷灰石处理后以Nd∶YAG激光照射。单纯激光照射组和联合处理组均模仿刷牙处理标本后 ,电镜观察牙本质小管的封闭情况并做组间对比。结果 无处理组牙本质表面已完全祛除玷污层 ,牙本质小管开放 ;单纯激光照射组牙本质小管大部分小管封闭或管腔不同程度缩窄 ,牙本质成熔融状态 ,小管口凹陷 ;联合处理组牙本质表面小管口形态基本消失成熔融状态。结论 激光照射联合应用羟磷灰石对牙本质小管封闭效果良好 ,优于单纯激光处理。Objective To evaluate the occluding effects of combined hydroxyapatite and Nd∶YAG laser irradiation on human dentinal tubules in vitro Methods Nine teeth in vitro were made into dentinal slices and divided randomly into untreated group, control group and experimental group Control group were irradiated by Nd∶YAG laser only ; experimental group were varnished by hydroxyapatite particles first and then irradiated by Nd∶YAG laser Both control group and experimental group were brushed with toothbrush and observed with scanning electron microscopy in order to compare the closure of the dentinal tubules between the groups Results In untreated group the smear layer of dentine were removed completely and showed many exposed dentinal tubules orifices, while in control group most of dentinal tubules orifices were closed or narrowed and it manifested that the dentin was melt and the tubules orifices were sunken; In experimental group the melt denline and lost of lubules orifices showed dentinal tubules orifices were closed completely Conclusions The occluding effects of combined hydroxyapatite and Nd∶YAG laser irradiation on human dentinal tubules in vitro is good and superior to that of simple laser irradiation
