开角型青光眼静态视野黄斑光阈值的改变

摘　　要：目的　观察开角型青光眼患者静态视野黄斑光阈值改变 ,探讨测定黄斑光阈值与青光眼早期视功能损害的关系。方法　采用Dicon全自动静态阈值视野计 ,分别对 89例开角型青光眼 (早期青光眼 4 5例 ,中晚期青光眼 4 4例 )和正常人4 0名黄斑光阈值进行测定。结果　早期青光眼患者黄斑光阈值明显高于正常对照组 ,中晚期患者高于早期患者 ,3组数据差异有统计学意义。Objective To measure the alteration of macular light threshold of 89 cases with open angle glaucoma, and to probe the relation between macular light threshold change and visual field defect in patients with early stage glaucoma.Methods Eighty nine cases with open angle glaucoma were divided into two groups, the first group contained 45 cases (80eyes) with early stage glaucoma, the second groups contained 44cases(80eyes) with middle and advanced stage glaucoma,and 40 healthy individuals were chosen as controls.Macular light threshold was measured by Dicon static perimeter.Results The macular light threshold of patients at early stage of glaucoma increased significantly when compared with normal controls and those with middle or advanced glaucoma decreased significantly.The differences of threshold among three groups were all statistically significant. Conclusion measurement of macular light threshold plays a definite role in evaluating visual field defect of early glaucoma.
