摘　　要：人文社会科学的发展应着眼于内因与外因的共同作用,一方面积极创造良好的外部环境,另一方面依据人文社会科学自身的发展规律,加强其自身的力量。而之所以要发展人文社会科学,又基于人文社会科学与自然科学同等重要这一前提。The development of the humanities and social science should be fixed attention on both inside and outside, on the one hand positive creating good exterior environment, on the other hand enhancing the power itself according to the developmental regulation of the humanities and social science oneself. The reason why we develop the humanities and social science is that the humanities and social science are as important as the natural science.
