苡仁六妙颗粒质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的　建立苡仁六妙颗粒 (薏苡仁、大血藤、败酱草、黄柏等 )的质量标准。方法　采用薄层色谱法对苡仁六妙颗粒中的黄柏、败酱草鉴别分析 ,用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果　在薄层色谱中能检出黄柏、败酱草等味药材 ;盐酸小檗碱在 0 .0 81～ 0 .4 86 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 99.0 4 % ,RSD=1.5 6 %。Objective To establish the quality standard for Yirenliumiao Granules(Semen Coicis,Caulis Sargentodoxae,Herba Patriniae,Cortex Phellodendri,etc.) Method Berberine hydrochloride of Cortex Phellodendri was determined by HPLC, Herba Patriniae,Cortex Phellodendri were identified by TLC. Result TLC Spot developed were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.081～0.486 μg and the average recovery was up to 99.04%,RSD was 1.56%.Conclusion The methods can be effetive for the quality control of Yirenliumiao Granules.
