准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术矫治近视远期疗效

摘　　要：目的　观察准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK)治疗近视 4～ 5年后的疗效。方法　对 44 9例 (889眼 )屈光度分布在 -0 75D～ -2 1 0 0D的近视及 -0 5 0D～ 5 5 0D的近视散光患者进行了 4～ 5年的LASIK术后跟踪观察。结果　术后 4年时 ,93 5 %的屈光度在± 1 0 0D之间 ,92 2 %裸眼视力达到或超过术前矫正视力 ,其中 89 2 %达 1 0。欠矫 68眼 ,欠矫率为 7 7%。术中术后少见严重影响视功能的并发症。结论　LASIK手术矫正近视及近视散光具有良好的远期效果和安全性。Objective To observe the 4-5 years curative effect after excimer laser in situ keratomil eusis(LASIK)on the correction of myopia.Methods LASIK was performed on 889 eyes of 449 patients who had refract ion from -0.75D to -21.00D,and all eyes were examined at one month,three mont hs,six months,one year,tow years,three years,four years and five years after LAS IK.Results 4 years after LASIK,the refraction of 93.5% eyes wa s w ithin±1.00D,naked visual acuity of the 92.2% eyes reached or exceeded their p reoperative corrected visual acuity and 89.2% among them reached 1.0,68 eyes (7 .7%) were undercorretion.There were no serious postoperative complications.C onclusion The long-term effect of LASIK is satisfactory and safer.
