浅议钢架结构面粉厂与中小型面粉厂的发展方向

摘　　要：从钢架结构面粉厂的经济实用性与制粉工艺配套的角度,阐述了钢架结构面粉厂在当今中小型面粉厂新建和改建中盛行的原因。提出这种面粉厂的兴建必将加速我国面粉工业向大型化和集约化方向发展的过程,并且在现阶段我国经济发展不平衡的情况下,更能体现这种面粉厂投资少、见效快的优势。This paper elaborates why the steel structure buildings are rife in the construction and re-construction of today's small and medium-sized flour mills, and points out that this trend will surely boost the speed of scale extension and integralization of China's flour industry, and advantages of the flour mill such as less investment and quicker effectiveness can be reflected under the condition of the serious unbalance of our economic development at the present stage.
