摘　　要：系统介绍利用生物信息学资源设计引物的各个步骤 :搜寻某基因的所有已发表序列 ;对这些序列进行多序列对比 ,确定保守区域 ;利用专业软件设计引物 ;并对引物进行修饰和检测等。This paper systemically introduced each step of designing primers with the bioinformatics resource: searching for all sequence members of the gene, doing multiple sequences alignments, ascertaining the conservative region appropriately, designing the primers with the professional software, embellishing and examining the primers and so on.
