摘  要:6σ管理法是通过减少波动,不断创新,使质量缺陷达到或逼近3.4×10-6的质量水平,以实现顾客满意和组织最大收益的系统科学。应用6σ管理法的主要原则有:以顾客为尊;领导作用;基于事实的决策;对过程的关注、管理和提高;主动管理;团队合作精神的培养;学习型组织的建设;对成功的渴望与对失败的容忍。应用中要注意结合实际充分理解其精髓,并系统科学地导入,才能发挥6σ管理法的应有作用。The 6σmanage method is the system science that makes quality flaw achieving or approaching 3.4×10^(-6) level for satisfying customers and bringing the most income to organization by decreasing fluctuation and continuous innovation. There are many important application principles of 6σmanagement, such as giving a top priority to customers, the action of leader, the strategy based on facts, attention, management and development for process, active management, the cultivation of cooperative spirit, construction of learning organization, longing for success and the tolerance of failure and so on. Therefore, in order to insure it to be operated well, the 6σmanagerial method must be introduced rightly, and its kernel must be comprehended by combining it with practice.
