摘　　要：目的　探讨玻璃体各种疾病的显微手术的可行性、方法及结果。方法　按常规行玻璃体闭合式切除。对合并白内障者先行前房或后房白内障摘除 ,再行玻璃体切除 ,并依据情况行Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期人工晶体植入。结果　视力光感指数 92例 ,本组 5 5 1例中 ,手术后 1个月内视力达 0 .0 5～ 0 .12 0 3眼 ,0 .2～ 0 .5 2 31眼 ,≥ 0 .6 2 5眼。术后视力较术前提高 5 0 4眼 ,不变者 31眼 ,下降者 16眼。结论　手术治疗因各种原因而施玻璃体手术效果显著。Objective To discuss the feasibility, methods and results of microsurgery on vitreous body caused by varied disease. Methods The routine vitreous body resection was performed and for the cataract patient the cataract was removed first anterior or posterior then vitreous body resection was performed. The artificial lens implantation was performed according to the situation at I or II stage. Results There were 92 cases of 0.05～0.1 of photo-index of vision, 231 cases 0.2～0.5 and 25 eyes was≥0.6. the vision after operation improved in 504 eyes, unchanged 31 eyes and decreased 16 eyes. Conclusion The operation could obtain the good effect caused by vitreous body.
