摘 要:研制了高发射率红外涂料,2.5~25μm内其总发射率可达91%;在650℃的光谱发射率ε_λ=75~90%。其性能近似于灰体。将涂料与无机高温粘接剂混合涂在电阻加热炉的内壁上。在加热升温过程(250~1100℃)明显缩短时间,在4kW电炉上节时效率为25%左右,具有显著节能效果。A kind of far-infrared coating material has been developed . The radiation wavelengh coverage of the coating material is 2.5~25μm. At high temperature, the total emissivity is 91%near a grey-body emitter, The coating material mainly consistes of oxides of silicon. Iron ,Chromium manganese, as well as oxide of Titanium. Every oxide has a high selective radiation ability and could make a selective emission among a certain small wave band, when the oxides are mixed, they could make higher selective emission respectively within a certain broad wavelength band, so the coating material has an advanced emissivity.The measurement of the spectral emissivity ε_λ of the material was made . At 650℃ the values of ε_λwere 7~90% among the 2.5~25μm wave band. The coating material was used as the surface material of the electric heater. The heat efficiency of the heater could increase about 25% and the heating time from 250℃ to 1100℃ in obviously shortened.
