摘　　要：目的　观察交锁髓内钉治疗多段性骨折的临床疗效。方法　应用交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨多段性骨折 4 2例 ,其中闭合性骨折 34例 ,开放性骨折 8例 ,随访 4～ 18个月。结果　全部病例均无全身感染 ,无断钉 ,骨折全部愈合。结论　交锁髓内钉是治疗胫骨多段性骨折的首选方法。Objective To investigate the clinical results of treatment of multiple segmental of the tibial fractures using intramedullarg nails.Methods Forty two cases were treated with intramedullary nails.Thirty four cases were closing tibial multiple segmental fractures in the group.Other eight cases were open tibial multiple segmental frcatures.All patients were followed up regularly from 4 months to 18 months.Results All patients were healed non cases were systematic infection non cases were found to broken nail.Conclusion Writer thinks that the intramedullary nail is the best treatment on the tibial multiple sepgmental fractures.
