摘　　要：本文基于黑格尔对中国传统哲学文本的误读(主要是对道家、道德与法律的关系等方面的误读),以现代视角对中国传统文化的相关问题进行了重新审视,力求去伪存真,还其本来面目,从而确立在对外文化开放中对待异域异质文化的正确态度。Based on Hegel's Misunderstanding of Chinese Traditional Philosophy Works(mostly of Chinese Taoism, relations between morality and law), the authors re-survey the problems related to the Chinese traditional culture from a modern angle of view. They try their best to eliminate the false and retain the true of in Chinese traditional culture, so as to adopt a correct attitude to different kinds of foreign cultures.
