支持性心理行为疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者近期心理应激能力的调节效应

摘　　要：目的:观察支持性心理行为疗法治疗慢性精神分裂症康复的近期效果,探讨促进慢性精神分裂症患者康复的有效干预措施。方法:将72例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组36例,研究组除药物治疗外,接受支持性心理行为治疗,对照组只应用药物治疗。在治疗8周后,用简明精神病量表(BPRS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)、简易应对式问卷评定疗效。结果:经过支持性心理行为疗法,研究组在治疗后8周BPRS(25.86±6.50),SANS评分(47.60±7.01)均低于治疗前,且与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(t=4.06,6.73,P均<0.01);简易应对式问卷评分(积极应对:1.85±0.46,消极应对:1.40±0.54)高于治疗前,且与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(t=4.945,P<0.01)。结论:支持性心理行为治疗可有效改善和调节慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状、不良情绪和社会功能,促进患者近期心理康复和重返社会。AIM:To evaluate the short-term effect of supporting psycho-behavior therapy on chronic schizophrenia,and investigate the effective interventions for improving the rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia. METHODS:A total of 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups: study group(n=36) and control group(n=36).All the patients received drug treatment,besides,those in the control group were given supporting psycho-behavior therapy.After eight weeks of treatment,the curative effects were evaluated with brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),scale for the assessment of negative sym7ptoms(SANS) and simple coping questionnaire (SCQ). RESULTS:After supporting psycho-behavior therapy,the scores of BPRS and SANS after 8 weeks in the study group(25.86±6.50,47.60±7.01) were obviously lower than those before therapy,and significantly different from those in the control group(t=4.06, 6.73, P< 0.01),while the scores of SCQ(positive coping:1.85±0.46,negative coping:1.40±0.54) were higher than those before therapy,significantly different from those in the control group(t=4.945,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Supporting psycho-behavior therapy may effectively improve and regulate the negative symptoms,bad emotion and social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia and accelerate their recent psychological rehabilitation and return to the society.
