无锡市11940名城乡居民精神分裂症患病率及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解无锡市精神分裂症的患病率及相关因素。方法:采用世界卫生组织提供、1982年和1993年全国精神疾病流行学调查使用的方法,于2003年在无锡市城乡进行精神分裂症流行学调查。结果:在城乡15岁及以上人群11940人中,精神分裂症总患病率为5.02/1000,时点患病率为4.02/1000。城市总患病率为6.16/1000,时点患病率为4.86/1000。农村总患病率为4.10/1000,时点患病率为3.34/1000。差异无显著性(χ2=1.692,P>0.05;χ2=2.512,P>0.05)。男性总患病率为5.39/1000,时点患病率为4.21/1000。女性总患病率为4.66/1000,时点患病率为3.83/1000。差异无显著性(χ2=0.322,0.111,P均>0.05)。患病率与经济状况,文化程度负相关。结论:无锡市精神分裂症患病率较稳定,社会功能受损严重,需要来自家庭社会的更多的支持。AIM:To investigate the prevalence rate and related factors of schizophrenia in Wuxi city. METHODS:The method, which was used by the WHO and the national epidemiological investigation on mental disease in the 1982 and 1993,was applied for the epidemiological survey on schizophrenia in the urban and rural areas of Wuxi city in 2003. RESULTS:Among the 11 940 subjects above 15 years old in the urban and rural areas of Wuxi city,the total prevalence rate of schizophrenia was 5.02/1 000,the time-point prevalence rate was 4.02/1 000,there were insignificant differences in the total prevalence rate of schizophrenia and time-point prevalence rate between urban area(6.16/1 000,4.86/1 000) and rural area(4.10/1 000, 3.34/1 000)(χ2=1.692,P >0.05;χ2 =2.512, P >0.05);and there were also no significant differences between males (5.39/1 000,4.21/1 000) and females (4.66/1 000,3.83/1 000, χ2=0.322,0.111,P >0.05).The prevalence rate of schizophrenia was negatively associated with economic and cultural levels. CONCLUSION:There is a relatively stable prevalence rate of schizophrenia in Wuxi city,and the patients of schizophrenia have severe social dysfunction and more supports from the family and society are needed.
