摘 要:本文利用Coriolis质量流量计对水平管内的油水两相流的质量流量和混合物真实密度进行了实验测量,研究发现,在含水率10%-90%的范围内,Coriolis质量流量计能精确地测量油水两相流的质量流量的,相对误差在±0.5%以内;根据油水混合物的真实密度值也能较精确地确定其含水率,计算式的误差小于3%。实验管道内径为25 mm,流量1-4.2 m3/h。Mass flowrate and real density of the mixture for oil-water two-phase flow in horizontal pipe are measured using 1-inch nominal Coriolis mass flowmeter. Measurements are made for volumetric flowrates varying from 1 to 4.2 m3/h and for input water volume fractions from 10% to 90%. Over this range of conditions, the results show that mass flowrate can be accurately measured directly using Coriolis mass flowmeter, and the relative errors of mass flowrate are within ±0.5%. A dimensionless variable is defined and a new calculation model of water volume fraction is deduced to accurately measure water volume fraction in oil-water two-phase flow according to the real density of the mixture. The predictions of the model are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data and the model can greatly improve the measurement accuracy of water volume fraction relative to the general method.
