实验性艾氏腹水癌小鼠羟基喜树碱(拓僖)时辰给药疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨羟基喜树碱(拓僖)时辰用药对艾氏腹水癌小鼠移植瘤抑制作用规律(有无疗效变化)。方法:160只艾氏腹水癌移植瘤小鼠模型按时间段分为给药组和对照组。给药组荷瘤小鼠在8个不同时辰(00:00,03:00,06:00,09:00,12:00,15:00,18:00,21:00)腹腔注射羟基喜树碱(拓僖)5.0mg/kg;对照组荷瘤小鼠也在8个不同时辰注射生理盐水。连续给药10天,10天后处死所有小鼠,取肿瘤并计算各组抑瘤率。结果:09:00抑瘤率最大,与其他组比较差异具有显著意义,P<0.05;而21:00抑瘤率最小。结论:羟基喜树碱(拓僖)对小鼠艾氏腹水癌移植瘤抑制作用有明显的时辰差异。Objective: To observe the effect of Hydro Camptothecin in EAC mice. Methods: One hundred and sixty EAC mice were randomly divided into 16 groups. Eight Groups were controled, the other 8 groups were injected with Hydro Camptothecin once a day at dose of 5.0mg/kg in abdominal cavity on 00:00, 03:00, 06:00, 09:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, 21:00. All the mouse were killed after 10 days and the tumor weight to count the rate of tumor restrain. Results: The rate of tumor restrain on 09:00 was highest than the others and the 21:00 was the lowest (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Hydro Camptothecin in EAC mice had Chrono-effect.
